oh, i'm not much of a restaurant person these days... haven't been for years in fact... so that's a tough one for me… around the beginning of the pandemic i stumbled upon Copper Branch, which has a satisfying vegan menu, though it's essentially fast food : bowls, burgers, salads, fries, and the likes… but it seems they did not survive the pandemic here in Québec City… and that's pretty much where my knowledge of vegan restaurants in town ends…

Oh ok 😉 I tried Copper branch in Montreal and it was ok. I’m gonna visit Quebec soon and I wanted to try something new. I miss the days of resto Mille-Feuille!
