Looks like another good one to try 🙂 I moved from Quebec City almost ten years ago, so what is the best vegan or vegetarian restaurant right now in your opinion?

oh, i'm not much of a restaurant person these days... haven't been for years in fact... so that's a tough one for me… around the beginning of the pandemic i stumbled upon Copper Branch, which has a satisfying vegan menu, though it's essentially fast food : bowls, burgers, salads, fries, and the likes… but it seems they did not survive the pandemic here in Québec City… and that's pretty much where my knowledge of vegan restaurants in town ends…

i went vegan after the Mille-Feuille closed… i visited Le Commensal a few times, but it's gone too…
