@mamzikorven Wow!😳 I’ve never read Bourdain, but I’ve seen some clips from his shows and he seemed like an amazing, humane observer of food and culture. I’ll have to revisit his Vietnam episode. Thanks so much.🙏🏽

I really think he comes across somewhat more ... sincere? un-TV-like? His trying to find the perfect meal appeals to me because it's never about appearance, but always about what's just right then and there. That's such a vital life lesson.
