#FotoVorschlag “Upcycling” On our trip to Vietnam, we walked around Hanoi’s Old Quarter and came across a hidden gem of a cafe — called, uh, Hidden Gem Cafe — which uses recycled items for its decor and furniture, including rubber tires, spoked wheels, and motorcycle parts. @mamzikorven Wow!😳 I’ve never read Bourdain, but I’ve seen some clips from his shows and he seemed like an amazing, humane observer of food and human cultures. I’ll have to revisit his Vietnam episode. Thanks so much.🙏🏽
