This is how the #ClassWar looks like in #Greece : This year's trajectory of "growth" in domestic #capitalism has resulted in the deaths of approximately 200 #workers from workplace "accidents," more than in any other year. In recent years, we have seen a steady annual increase in worker deaths, an increase that goes hand in hand with the ever-increasing intensification of labor by domestic capital and the state. https://athens.indymedia.org/post/1639040/

@prolrage@todon.nl that seems to be the result of negligence and a lack of accountability by the employer. Why employees are not better protected? Greece has the highest shipping fleet in the world, contributing 13 bln eur to its annual GDP. Involve young and bright people in the politics, stop electing the same corrupt government officials, and you will have your solution where the government works for the people, not other way around.
@nomadgoat I would like also to believe that this can be a solution, but it's not the case. Please check this and maybe it will change your point of view. https://todon.nl/@prolrage/114862472149810277
Thanks for the comment, it's on a constructive way.
PS. The ship owners of Greece are the biggest part of the bourgeoisie of the country and they don't pay taxes. Salaries on the sector have been squeezed so much that only workers from abroad accept to work for these companies.
