Is it because you want a smooth top surface without dots - then you try to enable Infill > "Enable ironing" : true ... it will take some extra time - but you will get a smoother top finish

@hjembaek I don't understand. Those dots technically are the second perimeter. I'd really like to have more than a single perimeter.
