Two horizontal painted metal bars, nearly parallel to each other: the top bar is curved, bowed upward slightly. It is bright yellow. The lower bar is straight and sky blue. The paint on the bars has texture and imperfections. Several raindrops hang from the bottom of each bar, bright points of light with the scene beyond refracted and distorted. Beyond and behind the bars is a jumbled scene of blurry, indistinct objects.
