I guess the takeup spool is not to blame. I have a pro-tip for that. I also had trouble with film transportation. When you try to cock the shutter and feel that your film is stacking, you may have to loosen up the film a bit. All you need to do is gently turn the wheel in the opposite direction to insert the film into the cassette.

@arkadiusz@pixelfed.social ok thanks. might buy another one. or looking for some olympus pen. i really like the half frame / 24x24 format and the idea to have 50 pics on one roll. scanning with flat bed can also be frustrating.

As I mentioned, I had the same story with a film transportation :)
I took 52 pics on one roll, but if you have a dark room or a dark box you can put around 54–55 pics. :)
What do you mean by a flat bed?

@arkadiusz@pixelfed.social only having an epson flat bed scanner (v330) and the epson software. its perfect for scanning 24x35 but other formats need always manuell adjustments.
