I had the best trip down memory lane yesterday when I discovered old photos of my #cat buried on my hard drive. I'd thought I only had analogue memories of her, but it turns out I DID capture her with my parents' first digital camera. 😱 This photo is from April 2003. 🤯 Anyways, here's Morle for #WhiskersWednesday! 🥰 If my memory serves me right, my aunt and uncle gave her to me for my 4th birthday. My parents weren't exactly thrilled, so she lived outside like a farm cat and was never house-trained (she often slept in my old doll's pram). She wasn't the cuddliest cat, but she loved us and we loved her. She lost her eye quite young, and as far as I know, we never found out what happened. Maybe an accident, maybe a cat fight, maybe some asshole hurt her? Since the eye was never stitched shut, it gave her a rather gruesome look. But she caught mice and the occasional bird and lived to the ripe old age of 19, so she must have had a pretty good life. 😅 #tuxedoCat #CatsOfPixelfed #CatsOfMastodon #CatsOfFediverse #PixelCats #Katze #cats #Katzen #KatzenContent #kitty #animal #pet #animalPhotography #greenEyes #Caturday
