Great photo! I don't know that much about it more than that a battle partly took place around and on it during the 30 year's war

Ah the last stand of 1648! That's for sure a cool fact! Some random other facts: it was built using eggs,.. also the only bridge in Prague where you could cross the bridge for 400 years.. and one of the least known facts: most of its 30 statues (displayed across the bridge) are replicas! A lot of the original statues are stored at Cihelna Brana (under Vyšehrad). ;)
