@arcturus It gets as high as 45 here in the summer…. I live on the island of Cyprus. On the Greek side. My wife is Cypriot.

The warmest I've ever experienced happened to be just on Cyprus, many years ago. But it was in the autumn and was about, if my memory serves me correct, 36°C or so.
