I've been distracted by non-astro hobbies for the past month and haven't posted much. That's okay, because the weather has been lousy anyway and I need to get through my backlog lol. Such as this wide-field image of the area around the Lobster Claw (Sh2-157), Bubble (NGC 7635), and Cave (Sh2-155) nebulae captured in OHS narrowband. An insane streak of good weather led to a total integration time of about 51.9 hours!!! FYI, for those that don't know, OHS means: - Red = oxygen - Green = hydrogen - Blue = sulphur Details: - Askar FMA180pro + ASI294MM Pro - 177x240s (11.8 hr) Ha - 264x240s (17.6 hr) OIII - 292x240s (19.5 hr) SII - 60x60s (1 hr) R (stars) - 60x60s (1 hr) G (stars) - 60x60s (1 hr) B (stars) - Bortle 6/7 - PixInsight w/ BlurX, NoiseX, StarX #astronomy #astrophotography
