The album's originally intended cover artwork was by Cal Schenkel and Jerry Schatzberg; a parody of the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, and includes a lot of notable figures, like Franz Kafka, Lyndon B Johnson, Hieronymus Bosch to name a few, Verve decided to package the album with the parody cover as interior artwork, out of fear of legal action. #ZappaLives
