Got to go on another queer ecology hike today. This one was so cool. We visited an area that is normally closed to the public. It features ancient sandstone cliffs and dunes, plus rare and unique lichens, moss, and other vegetation that have all been preserved thanks to the lifelong tenacity and dedication of one of the city’s early eco-conscious residents.
