I have hiked to this spot many times before. Actually it is one of my favourite places to observe the city from. You are high enough to get the sense to be above all things, yet close enough to still feel connected. To me it shows perfectly the dense reality of city life.

Easy shot, aperture priority and set it to something like f11 to capture a lot of background. Made sure the shuttertime is high enough to compensate for camera shake, because wind was a factor. Iso around 100-200 to capture the most detail.
