I-Drive was built by lawyer Finley Hamilton in anticipation of Disney World being built in the ‘70s. At first people were puzzled by an idea to build a “new Vegas” out in the swamps, but it began to light up the cityscape with bustling tourism. I’m unsure for the future of this area as the state acts against its own interests.
