smwalkerForaged sea salt. It took about 5 hours to reduce roughly 200 fluid ounces of Bermuda sea water to a thick salt sludge. Probably yielded a little over a cup and a half or so, but I’ll measure after it finishes dehydrating completely. It’s got a strong, almost bitter, quality to it. I poured the water through a coffee filter/strainer beforehand too, just to make sure there wasn’t any large debris or sand in it, but the water is so clear here! Photos start when the water had already reduced significantly.
