After searching the web, I'm almost 100% certain it's a male Peter's rock agama, or Agama picticauda. It has become increasingly common in South Florida over the last few years. First documented in Florida in 1976, this lizard is considered to be an invasive species. It originates from tropical sub-Saharan Africa.
The male is approximately 20-30 cm of length, while the female is about 9.4-12.3 cm.
My photo really isn't the best, but you can still see the lovely colors of this little guy!
