Recipe for the oats, one serving, plant based:
50 g rolled oats
4 tbsp plant yogurt of choice
150-200 ml plant milk of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/2-1 tsp blue spirulina powder
(1 tsp agave syrup or other sweetener, optional)
Combine all ingredients in a container, put a lid on and leave in fridge for 6–12 hours. Add toppings of your liking and enjoy 🔷
