IanAMartin

A Great Blue Heron takes up the central half of the frame. Its feathers are beautifully defined, its head and neck proudly extended, as it stands in profile to the camera. The Heron stands in a stream, with the opposite bank of the stream bed a short distance away. The image is in black-and-white with a very mild sepia tone.
