It&#39;s us, the freeform station of the nation, <a href="https://c.im/tags/WFMU" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>WFMU</span></a>! </p><p>WFMU is an independent listener-supported, non-commercial <a href="https://c.im/tags/radio" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>radio</span></a> station broadcasting on-air and online from downtown Jersey City, NJ, USA, right across the Hudson from lower Manhattan. We also have three web-only streams.</p><p>All of our <a href="https://c.im/tags/music" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>music</span></a> and <a href="https://c.im/tags/talk" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>talk</span></a> programming is controlled by individual DJs and hosts, and is not beholden to any type of station-wide playlist or rotation schedule. We don&#39;t belong to any public radio network, and close to 100% of our programming originates at the station.</p><p>We&#39;re just starting to get settled in here, so please bear with us!
